What is Virgin Indian Hair or Virgin Hair?
Virgin Indian Hair is the purest form of hair quality on the market today. Virgin Indian Hair still has its cuticles intact. The hair is weft with the cuticle facing in the same direction, this process is important to prevent the hair from tangling. Each bundle of hair is from one single donor. The hair has not been colored or chemically treated in any way.

How Much Hair Do I need?
African American Hair Weaves require 2 bundles or pack of hair, if you purchase 18" or longer we suggest 3 bundles or packs of hair for a full head weave. When adding tracks between your natural hair, one bundle or pack is suggested. It is always best to consult your stylist.

What type of hair care products should I use?
Treat this hair like your own hair. Use high quality shampoo & conditioning products. Washing & conditioning your hair is very important to keep it soft and manageable, so use deep conditioners. You can also use products like gel and hair spray to keep the curls in place, but make sure to wash your hair and not leave in these products in for a long time. We do not recommend using Garnier Fructis
What does the term weft mean?
Weft hair is hair used for weaving. It is sewn or bonded (with hair glue) into a track.

What is the difference between Machine Weft and Hand-Tied Weft?
Machine wefts are made by sewing strands of hair together with a hair sewing machine. Because of the precision involved, machine wefts are sturdier, and have less shedding. Machine weft can be cut, without causing damage to the weft.
Hand-tied wefts are made by tying strands of hair around a strong weaving thread; this procedure is done by hand. Hand-tied wefts are much thinner than machine wefts, they lay flat on the scalp.

What is the best way to cut a weft?
Hand tied wefts should never be cut. There is no guarantee that it will not shed if it is cut. Also, one should never sew through top of the weft and it is recommended you sew around the weft. With machine wefts, you can cut where desired. We cannot stress how important this information is, the main reason for wefts shedding is because the weft is not cut properly.

Can I color this hair?
Yes, this is 100% virgin human hair which is not processed in any way. So you can color the hair. We recommend consulting a color specialist, before making any changes to the natural color of the hair.
Can I go swimming?
You may go in swimming pools and hot tubs. It is best to wash hair right after swimming. Avoid getting hair in salt water as the salt can take all the moisture out of the hair and it will lead to tangling of the hair. It is best to wear it down. Wash & condition hair extensions after swimming.
How long does it last?
This hair can last for a very long time depending on how you maintain it. Treat it like your own hair and take good care of it for it to last longer. Many of our customer prefer Pure hair because it is beautiful and unprocessed which makes it last longer than any other kind of hair.
Why are my hair extensions getting tangled?
Your Hair Extensions can tangle due to being to dryness, oil & dirt build-up, salt-water, chlorine and not combing (wide tooth comb) out your hair daily. Make sure to wash & condition your hair at least once a week, twice a week is better. Use hydrating drops or consult your stylist for more help. It could also be the hair you purchased, if the hair is Indian Remy Hair or non Remy Hair it is not 100% virgin human hair. So the hair may tangle sooner and not last you as long as 100% virgin hair.

Washing & Conditioning
It’s very important to use quality products when washing your hair extensions, some products can cause dryness. Garner Fructis is a product that has caused tangles, you still may use this product but we don't recommend based on our experience.
