We Take Fraud Seriously
Alwaysaffordablehair.com requires that customers shipping and billing addresses match in-order to approve your transaction. If your order or credit card has been declined due to an address mismatch, please contact your bank to resolve the issue. If you have a special request for a different billing and shipping address, please call us at 800-424-3160 with additional forms of identification ready to provide to us. If you are breaking the law or fraudulently using someone else information, your IP address is being logged and you will be reported to the authorities for prosecution.
Dear customer for security reasons, we will only ship orders to the billing address. If you provide more than one address, and the other is different from the billing address we will request your signature upon delivery. These actions may be seen as an inconvenience and if so we apologize, we simply want to protect the consumer and our company from Credit Card fraud. Please place orders in advanced to ensure enough time to receive you order placed with alwaysaffordablehair.com. UPS & USPS is our shipping method, and we due apologize that we do not offer refunds on shipping costs due to shipment delays. Failed Deliveries / Refused Shipments / Incorrect Shipping Address:
Your order will be shipped to the address you provide. Tracking numbers are sent to the email address that you provide during your account setup. If you do not receive a tracking number, please email: contactus@alwaysaffordablehair.comand request a tracking number for your order. Please make sure to include your order number.
Incomplete or incorrect address information can cause shipment delays. Check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, apt#, etc.) needed to deliver your package. Once your order is in transit there is no way to redirect it to the correct address, therefore it’s up to you to provide accurate information on shipping. You will be charged for any additional fees caused by inaccurate address information.
Alwaysaffordablehair.com is not legally responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. We do appreciate your understanding and patience pertaining to this matter. Please review your shipping address to guarantee a correct and speedy delivery. We are not liable for deliveries made incorrectly due to incorrect address information given by the consumer. Once the order has been shipped we will provide a tracking number and send this information to you via your email address. If for any reason the shipment could not be delivered and is returned you will be held liable to pay for reshipment cost. No refund will be given on abandoned or refused orders.
Orders will be shipped Monday thru Friday everyday at noon all other shipments made after noon will ship the following business day. Orders placed after noon on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped at noon on Monday (except holidays). Government holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. Return Policy
Return process:
Customer service must be contacted within 24 hours of delivery of goods for any order inaccuracy.
Call Customer Service at 800-424-5160 or email contactus@alwaysaffordablehair.com customers must give detail information as to why the item or items need to be returned. Once that information has been received and verified, we will review the information. Once the information has been reviewed we will verify if it warrants a return. If so your original order number will become your RA (Return Authorization Number). This number must be visibly displayed on the outside of the return package; instruction will also be given to insure the proper return of the item. Items without this number cannot be returned. If the error was made by our company we will ship out a pre paid postage box for your return item (s) and we will pay for the return shipping fees. Items must be shipped to AlwaysAffordableHair.com within 72 hours, from the time return pre postage box is received or RA will be voided.
In order for your return to be accepted, you must ship back the entire unused product, the product seal must not be broken and it must be in the original packing. You will be required to give the tracking number when returning the purchased items. If we did not receive your product and you cannot prove that the product was sent to USPS or UPS for a return (I.E. Tracking Number), we will not issue an exchange or credit the cost of the product.
Items that can be returned:
Exchanges are based on work-order error(s), which includes the wrong color, length and style of hair or products. The seal on the package must not be broken or we will not accept the item back for an exchange. If the seal on the package is broke the hair may not be returned. Please understand the policy was created to insure that, we may provide our customers with the quality and safety that comes with the original packing of the product. Alwaysaffordablehair.com isn’t obligated to accept any returned items for credit or refunds; it will be at the discretion of the store manager. A (15%) restocking fee will be added to any orders that are accepted for returns. Customer may be charged a restocking fee due to customer error. To avoid this fee, check your name, address, phone number and make sure they are accurate.
If for any reason the hair is alterations or changes have been made to the hair once it has been shipped, this includes dying, cutting, and chemically processing the hair. Under Federal Law you cannot return human hair products which have been used in any manner, once the original package has been open and or the seal broken. We adhere to these strict policies and expect the item to be returned in its original condition and packaging. Alwaysaffordablehair.com does not ship orders to PO BOX numbers; customer must have a physical address to receive shipment. Billing and shipping must match in-order to process your transaction.
Items returned unused,
The customer will receive a credit for the original purchase price, only if shipment was due to company error. The item can only be returned if there was a shipping error, which includes length, and or style of hair extensions. Customer is responsible for giving an accurate shipping address, email, and telephone number. If the customer orders the wrong length and or style, alwaysaffordablehair.com isn’t obligated to accept the item for return or credit; it will be at the discretion of the store manager to accept the item. Cancelation of Order: If a customer chooses to cancel an order, the cancelation must be made within 24 hours of purchase, or before the order is shipped. To avoid cancelation fees, it’s best to cancel the order within the same day of purchase. Once the order is canceled, and payment has been processed it will take approximately 7 business day to receive the refund. If the order is canceled the customer will be issued a refund, with the following deductions. Restocking fee of 15%, transaction fees which will vary based on Credit Card or Debt Card Company there may also be a charge for priority mailing. This charge is for the postage, used to mail out the refund via check and is based on the current postage rate.
We at Alwaysaffordablehair.com pride ourselves on providing our customer with quality hair products and affordable prices. Due to those reason all sales are final, exchanges will only be made if there is an error on delivery that was produce by us. We will verify to make sure that the error was on our part and will setup an order for a return and exchange at no additional cost to the customer. Store Credit Policy and Agreement
How to Obtain Your Balance
To obtain your balance of store credit, please call the AlwaysAffordableHair.com customer service department at 800-424-5160.
Please note that in most cases, the balance is adjusted immediately when you make a purchase or once an item has been returned to the warehouse, but there may be occasions when the updated balance is delayed for a period of time.
Lost Codes (Store Credit)
Please call the AlwaysAffordableHair.com customer service immediately at 800-424-5160. If the code was somehow used by another person, we will be unable to re-issue a replacement code. The code if given will be sent via email to the account holders email address on file.
Expiration / Service Fees
Store Credit does not expire. AlwaysAffordableHair.com doesn’t charge service fee for unused store credit.
Compliance with Law
By electing to receive Store Credit, you are certifying and representing to AlwaysAffordableHair.com DBA AAHGIRLS that the activities in connection with which the store credit will be used will comply with these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws, rules and regulations, including the Terms and Conditions that govern the website. In addition, you agree to defend and indemnify us and our subsidiaries and affiliates from and against any claims, expenses or liabilities made against or incurred by any of them in connection with your use of store credit or violation of any of these Terms and Conditions.
Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions
Your use of store credit constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
Fraud Prevention:
Alwaysaffordablehair.com can and will cancel and or refuse service to any potential customer that may be suspected of fraud. This includes but not limited to: incorrect name, address, phone number, credit cards errors, harassment.
If a charge has been placed on a customer’s credit card and their subsequent account is canceled or reject by always affordablehair.com, a refund will be mail via check within 30 days of the original charge date. This refund is only valid if the items order were not shipped before the account was canceled or rejected. Once shipped and received the item will not be accepted for return. Alwaysaffordablehair.com does not ship orders to PO BOX address; customer must has a physical address to receive shipment. Customer physical address and billing address must match in order to receive a shipment, if not the order will be canceled and funds will then be refunded to the billing card.
Alwaysaffordablehair.com has the right to refuse service to any potential customer. We take pride in our customers confidentially and strive to protect the consumer against fraud. Therefore we will pursue any person or persons suspected of commenting fraud against the company and our customers.
